Termination

Jeevan Vatika reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and any associated services, with or without notice, for any reason, including without limitation if Jeevan Vatika reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licences granted to you hereunder shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Any party may initiate this process by sending written notice to the other party. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the notice, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or litigation in India, in accordance with applicable law.

Payment Terms

All purchases made through the Website are subject to the following payment terms: (a) payment is due in full at the time of purchase in INR; (b) Jeevan Vatika accepts payment via the methods specified at checkout; (c) prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated; (d) Jeevan Vatika reserves the right to modify prices at any time with reasonable notice; and (e) in the event of a failed or disputed payment, Jeevan Vatika may suspend or terminate your access to purchased services pending resolution.

Refund and Return Policy

Refund and return requests must be submitted to info@jeevanvatika.com within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days upon approval. Digital goods, downloadable content, and activated service subscriptions are non-refundable unless the product is demonstrably defective. Jeevan Vatika reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated eligibility criteria.

Shipping and Delivery

Jeevan Vatika shall use commercially reasonable efforts to dispatch physical goods within the timeframe indicated on the product listing. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond Jeevan Vatika's control, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier delays, and force majeure events. Jeevan Vatika accepts no liability for delays caused by such factors. Risk of loss and title for physical goods pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
